
David W. Suchecki
David W. Suchecki is an associate at Crowe & Mulvey, LLP. His areas of practice include medical malpractice and general liability litigation. David has represented victims of medical malpractice in hundreds of cases throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has extensive trial experience having personally handled and managed numerous complex medical malpractice jury trials within the Superior Courts of both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. David has also been successful in obtaining numerous multi-million dollar settlements for victims of medical malpractice.
David graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Law. He went on to earn his juris doctor degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Following his graduation from law school, David joined one of the leading litigation defense firms in New Hampshire. He then joined Crowe & Mulvey, LLP in 2000 and has been working as a trial attorney and victim advocate at the firm ever since.
David is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to the first Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. David is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. As a trial attorney, David has earned a reputation as one of Massachusetts' "Rising Stars" as was noted in the "Super Lawyers" edition to Boston magazine.
