CROWE & MULVEY, LLP

FEES &  EXPENSES

All of our cases are accepted on a contingent fee basis. This means that our legal fee is paid out of money recovered for the client, whether by a settlement or as a result of a jury verdict. The fee is a percentage of the total amount recovered.  The contingent fee system makes it possible for clients to obtain high-quality legal representation even if they cannot afford to pay in advance.

Before we decide to accept a case, we will evaluate it at no charge to the client. Unlike some personal injury firms, it is not our policy to ask clients for a retainer or other money "up front," or to pay any litigation costs unless and until we obtain compensation for their injuries.

Crowe & Mulvey will advance all costs necessary to pursue a case. If we are successful in obtaining a recovery, our expenses are reimbursed by the client out of the settlement or verdict. These expenses might include court fees, deposition costs, and expert witness fees. If there is no recovery in a case, the client owes nothing for legal fees or expenses.
