Bio

Dave Suchecki is a trial lawyer specializing in plaintiff’s medical malpractice cases. Dave has represented hundreds of victims of medical malpractice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the vast majority of which have involved catastrophic injury or wrongful death. Dave has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients and has tried more than 50 jury trials in the superior courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Dave graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Law in 1996. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude in 1999. Following his graduation from law school, Dave worked as an attorney at one of the leading litigation defense firms in New Hampshire. He joined Crowe & Mulvey, LLP at the time of its inception in 2000 and has been working as a plaintiff’s trial attorney and victim advocate since then.

While being a tireless proponent and advocate for patient safety, Dave is also a compassionate attorney who understands and empathizes with the needs and feelings of his clients who have experienced tragedy in their lives. As a trial attorney, Dave has earned a reputation of distinction and has been consistently voted by his peers as one of Massachusetts’ Super Lawyers as published annually in Boston Magazine.

Dave is admitted to the state and federal bars in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Courts of both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Dave is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice. In his spare time, Dave enjoys coaching and mentoring college and law students competing in Mock Trial competitions.
